It’s 11:59 PM on the eve of Day 05.

I believe I’m going to make it,

I’ve only been taking care of my kids full time for 5 days, and we are settling into a routine but I can see how doing it for years on end would warrant a break.

Still, there have been some priceless moments. Like standing in line on day 03 at the Rose Parade fair waiting for a Falaphel and my 2 year old son Shaka decides to stand up in his stroller and smack the fat booty on the Spanish girl in line in front of us.

I pulled the stroller back JUST in time and and he missed her by an inch or less. I mean he was going in with both hands to get her on both cheeks!

Or when my daughter Apsara, Shaka and his twin brother Raiden were playing at the mall play area and both boys tried to sit on every mom’s lap.

I had to hire a sitter today to go to a meeting. What a blessed relief.

Its funny that they call both sitters and prostitutes “Providers” and with this in mind I set out to hire the ugliest provider I could find. Unfortunately the one with the voice box contacted me only after I’d already found a nanny or she would have won

Janie should be home in a couple of days. Just in time for her mom to come into town. Just in time for father’s day.

I’m ready to go back to the virgin islands.
